Not having a Center Stand when needing to work on my kick stand I made a simple easy to use contraption, and one that is easily disassembled and easy to store. Just push the bike into it and put the tranny into low gear to keep it fro backing out. It balances real easy with no strain on the frame. When making one for a bigger heavier bike it probably would be wise to use 2"X4"s. I only use one screw to hold the rig into the door frame and the floor of the shed. Then disassembled the kick stand hardware, lubed them, and reassembled with no problem from the rig.
