Cover for my 1100

Post by stuchele » Fri Mar 25, 2016 9:24 am

Can anyone recommend a good cover for outdoor use during the riding season?
I store it in a shed in the off season.

I have been looking and reading reviews. One at walmart made by Budge for $20

The other made by Dowco on Amazon for $72.

I have a Dowco now that the guy gave to me I bought the bike from. Not sure how old the cover is but it is starting to rip.

If you are cheap like me get a big gauge sewing needle and some 6lb test fishing string and fix the areas where it is tearing. Other than that the $20 one is by far the cheapest you'll find. As for how well the cheap ones hold up I have no input on that subject. Hope this helped. Peace.
