I plan on switching to LED turn signals in a few days and doing the headlight and taillight later. I have a '92 XV750. I did find this video on YouTube. I did get the relay but I'm not sure how different your bike is to mine.

Yogi,
The OEM Flasher Relay from Yamaha for your bike and mine are one in the same. The 1986 XV700 in the video has the same OEM Flasher Relay as us. I just need that flasher relay for LED's (that you already have) and place it in like he did in the video you attached. You will loose the Auto Turn Signal Cancellation feature however.

Nice find. Now, I know why I couldn't get mine to work. The load resistors work on other bikes, however, not on Virago's.

Thanks.

A new turn signal relay fixed my problem of very slow flash rate for my indicators. They now flash at an appropriate speed.

Found out the old relay was more for a car than a bike. My new relay was this one from eBay:

Hey you guys. I got permission to add this post. I found a great site where they seem to sell everything for a good LED conversion on a Virago.
https://www.superbrightleds.com/
These guys also sell the Bike Diode Kit thingy that makes your indicators work properly. Less than $3.00 bucks. :D
