Thanks to all who have helped! We have until end of March to pay for the server. As of right now we are only about $160 short. So we are very close. I'm sorry I can't cover it but my personal situation is bad bad. Ride safe if it's warm enough out where you are because it has been freezing here in Michigan. Take care of yourself and yours.

1981 XV750 Ignition timing angles (Old Australia)

Post by fricksj1 » Thu Aug 11, 2022 7:09 am

Hi there,

I have been trying to find some information regarding ignition timing angles and have not been able to find anything in my service manuals. The only information I can find online is from the link below which has some diagrams that appear to be copied from a manual but I cannot see a source, so hoping these are accurate!

I am looking for this information for my 1981 XV750. Does anyone know if the above information is accurate or know of any other sources for this information?

Thank you!

Found it online, but likely from the factory service manual.
