Hello,

I have a 1982 XV920 that I have stripped down and re built into something a little more cafe racerey.

I have gotten to the dreaded wiring and am using a Motogadget M-unit to replace the old fuses/electronics etc. The issue I have no is that when I go to press the start button all I get is the click of the solonoid and nothing else.

I have already checked that the battery (lithium) is charged, there is adequate power in voltage going to and from the solonoid and onto the starter motor which is brand new also. I have spent many hours trying to get the bike to crank/turn over to no avail so far!

I have also discovered that neither spark plug is getting a spark today. If anyone can give me any info to help diagnose the issue It would be hugely appreciated!

I have got the M-unit also. Works great. How did you wire the coils?
