Thanks to all who have helped! We have until end of March to pay for the server. As of right now we are only about $160 short. So we are very close. I'm sorry I can't cover it but my personal situation is bad bad. Ride safe if it's warm enough out where you are because it has been freezing here in Michigan. Take care of yourself and yours.

1994 XV535 Black widow exhaust (UK)

Hi,
Does anybody have one of exhausts on the 535? Did you have to change the jets?
Also what's the torque for the exhaust bolts and are the seals same size or different for the front and rear cylinder?

Thank you!

PS: I know that there may be problems with straight pipes Joe but the stock sound like a lawnmower. I'll take the risk after the engine works properly

Hi, according to their webshop, no re-jetting needed.

For your bike - two models:

https://www.blackwidowexhausts.co.uk/xv ... -493-p.asp

Read description.

I read that on their website but just wanted to make sure.
Anybody knows the torque for those bolts, can't find it in the manual?
