Hi friends!
I apologize for the inconvenience. The motorcycle is 1998 year of production. the region where it operates is the Balkans exactly Kosovo-Albania. the problem is this in more detail. The motorcycle star very well, but then when it starts walking is delayed until it takes on speed ,it should be noted that I have cleaned the carburetor now but also synchronized with the perfect device, unless you have any doubts about where this can come from problem, my doubt is quote: can i get air somewhere at the moment i start walking?
So sory for spend your time!

Not an inconvenience. We'll try to help out the best we can. Virago XV125 are more popular in the European
Union and Switzerland. Not so much in the U.S.A. From what I have found there isn't much information on this model and I haven't been able to locate a repair manual on XV125 to get more familiar with the bike.

We understand that the bike starts up without any issues.

However, when you try to accelerate it lacks power and slowly gains speed. Are we correct in assuming this?

Did the bike run better before you cleaned the Carburetors and Synchronized them?

Do you have a repair manual for your bike?

If not, we can use a repair manual for an XV250 for they will be similar.

Here is the manual for an XV250 in English:

thanks for the reply.
the engine did not work better before I synchronized and cleaned the carburetor because it wet the spark plugs while now not, and at first as soon as I adjusted the carburetor the engine was very good but after a while it started to create the problem which you now ,have clear. but I have to mention that the carburetor neck has a damaged chin but the mechanic told me that it does not release air ... while I think that release air ... to listen to a video showing the condition of carburetor neck and if you look at it carefully you can see how it inflates when filled with gas but I cant attach the video in MP4 format or I don't know how to attach it😂😂
I have to mention that when I give gas to the motor the carburetor neck swells

TiKi,

Is this the part that has the cracks in it on your Virago XV125?

Yours may have developed those cracks due to age and may be taking in additional air causing your bike to loose power.

They can be found on Ebay. Search for 2uj-14469-00-00

Some are brand new, others are used parts.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You may also need the Carburetor 1 Joint (2UJ-13586-00-00).:

Also found on Ebay and Amazon.

See videos below for removal and Installion of both parts including the carburetor.
