Walt,
Not sure new owner is even in production making Choppins parts yet. This business transaction just happened. He may not even want to make the heel shifter, dunno. Stay tuned until we know for sure.

Unfortunately he moved away and gave up his business and shop he had worked out of. ViragoJoe knows of the situation better than me. However.. I am about a year into becoming a machinist and will get with Joe here soon to see if I can manufacture any of these parts at the shop I work at if we are unable to get ahold of these kits anymore. Something to work on as these are very nice to have.

Hey Joe. Can you still get ahold of choppin? I know he offered to share the prints for these parts and I am interested to see if they can be made off the swiss lathes I run at work. Easy to write a quick program to make the parts if they are something that can be turned. I myself never was able to get a heel shifter from him. If you can get ahold of him do me a favor and see if he is still interested in sharing the prints? Thanks!

I'm interested in one for my XV400. I now have foot-boards on her and so a heel/toe shifter could be awesome. If anyone decides to begin making them again, I'm a customer.
