Soon to be in your part of the world!
Possibly, this is the current reason auto companies today are having a chip shortage in manufacturing their cars.
You be the judge.
Stuart Fillingham says in his video below. George Orwell's book 1984 state's that "Big Brother is watching"!
"George just got the dates wrong. Not 1984, But 2024!!"
MANDATORY Speed Limiters & Onboard Spy box to be fitted to vehicles from Summer 2022! BIG Brother!
Wait and see . . . if what Stuart says becomes fact or fiction. Knowing Governments today, it wouldn't surprise me.

- What Virago you Own: 1995 XV1100. My dad has a 1996 XV535. I also ride a 2008 SV650S and 2004 Yamaha TTR125. Currently restoring a 50cc Yamaha Champ moped
They already have that in Singapore.
Also: all commercial trucks in Europe have that too. And have had for about 30 years. I learned to live with it, although it's easier to stay under the 55mph (90kph) speed limit when driving a severely under-powered semi truck, vs. a fun motorcycle.
Every bit of fun that is there to be had is destined to be gone. Sooner or later.

and by their affiliate body in Europe FEMA, the federation of European motorcyclists Associations, they have so far successfully argued against the use of this technology on motorcycles due to the obvious dangers of having an external automated system take control from the rider. It is imperative that riders worldwide do not take this threat lightly as
civil servants with no understanding of the dangers involved will not make allowances for minority groups whose presence on the road network is largely resented by administrators.
You have been warned!!! Tell your friends and join in the fight through your local riders rights group.
