Re: When You Cross-Pollinate a Virago With A Cushman Eagle

Joe, Did you happen to read about the company on their CSC website? (California Scooter Company) I heard about them from a fellow on another forum who is interested in the CSC SG250 San Gabriel. Delivered to your door at an amazingly low price. https://www.cscmotorcycles.com RevZilla review http://b...

Re: Yamaha Voltage Regulator Rectifier XV750 XV1100 Change 1997-1999 [INFO]

WOW that new R/R design is expensive. I buy entire motorcycles for less than that. Lol. These little gems are my current winter restoration project. It's a pair of 1972 Yamaha JT mini enduros which happen to be the very first real motorcycle I ever bought brand new in 72. Can't wait to get this pair...

Re: Happy Thanksgiving

Wow. Birch Bay WA looks beautiful thru lenses of Google Earth. Lol
I live in Marine City Michigan which is all the way east along the edge of the thumb.
I'm probably as close to the Canadian border as you are. That's it on the far side of the river.

Re: Happy Thanksgiving

Ha ha. I just had a leftover drumstick about 20 minutes ago Geezy. Couldn't believe there was anything leftover because my wife typically sends the leftovers home with the kids. The sun is shining beautifully here in the Michigan thumb area right now and the high is predicted to hit 43F. If it does,...

Re: Hand warmers

Cold here too. I don't know about global warming, but there is some garage warming going on right now. Going to go pull my ECU out of my new SCR and send it out to Ivan for a reflash since it seems the season is over. His reflash gets rave reviews from all the Yamaha Bolt riders, and My SCR is the s...

Re: Hand warmers

You better not have jinxed me with that comment Joe. I was amazed that she didn't snuff my last purchase of the little JT60. Wait......did I just refer to it as my "last" purchase? Oh no........ But on the serious side, I just went back and read the two reviews on those hand warmers from RevZilla an...

Re: Hand warmers

Let us know how the Hot Hands work out for you. My last ride this year was about 40 miles at 42F temperature and my frozen fingers were the only reason I turned back. I added a pair of these to my Xmas list, so we will see if Mrs Clause comes thru for me.

Re: Hand warmers

If you are looking to keep your hands warm while riding, then these are your best bet. I used them back when I used to ride snowmobiles. Better than heated grips or heated gloves.
