Re: TCI/CDI Igniter Box Rebuild 1982 XV750 Virago Gen 1

I cant find the info on it at all. Maybe I can get the parts list from the order I made from the part supplier I bought from. I would definitely consider getting it sent off though or getting a replacement as the fix didn't work for me at all. I still had issues after doing all that work to the TCI.

I did a ton of searching and found the ones that were better. I have that data somewhere. Let me see if I can find it.

Re: Vacuum/Vent line help

Welcome to Virago Help! I can help you with this problem. There is of course something you don't want to block. This is the vacuum lines going to the fuel petcocks. Those are vacuum operated and if not connected you will not get any fuel to the carburetors. As far as I know everything else can be bl...

Re: 15 YEARS OF VIRAGOS

Hey Joe. I finally got around to reading this post. Thanks for putting it up. I had no idea the star series was the Virago's basic continuance. The only thing the article writer left out was information about the much smaller 250. I am once again going to try to set back some funds this off season. ...

Re: 1986 750 virago

Are you certain that it is a fuel issue. Some of the electronic components can start failing after sitting a long time. I found a xv750 82' that was stored for almost 20 years. I did the same as you, cleaned and rebuilt the carbs. Then had a constant fight with the tci(computer). I had even replaced...
