oh the windshield is a yamaha one that is from the mid 80's and it only has 1 of those barrel looking screws that came with the bike the windshield wasnt attatched but the arms to hold it still are, so was hoping to just find some of those barrel bolts that hold the windshield on so i could put it ...

I have a 82 Yamaha virago xv750 and I just finished rebuilding the entire engine replaced all gaskets, piston rings and some bearings and split the crank case. I but the engine back on and the front cylinder wont fire at all and the rear cylinder fires but dies when given gas. the timing is correct...

Without seeing the face of it, it can be just about anything:
Battery Monitor - voltage
Amp Meter
Clock
Vacuum Gauge
etc.
GPS mount (In this topic link from aldo5468 for a GPS Mount, you'll see a volt meter between Speedo and Tach.)
